EAOO Meeting Report
Barcelona has been the epicenter of European optometry for four days between 11th and 14th of May 2017. Along with an excellent scientific program, the European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO), the Consejo General de Colegios de Ópticos Optometristas (CGCOO) and the European Council of Optometry and Optics (ECOO) met to shape the future of optometry practice across Europe. The topic of this year was focused on the Impact of Technology in Eye Care.

Blind voor 1 dag
Het Oogfonds wil meer begrip voor mensen met een visuele beperking én meer wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Daarom roept de stichting iedereen op om woensdag 21 juni Blind voor 1 dag te gaan. Doel: samen zoveel mogelijk geld inzamelen voor onderzoek naar oogziektes.
